One Bets Terms & Conditions

To register and use one bets, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. These terms and conditions apply equally to all users.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Each person may open only one account. Having multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, truthful, and accurate.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential.
• You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
• One bets reserves the right to verify any account at any time.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is an integral part of one bets's security framework. In compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations, we are required to verify the identity of all members.

Any one of the following documents is accepted for KYC verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Registration Certificate (as a supporting document only)

KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals above ৳10,000. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is complete. Verification may take up to 48 hours.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on one bets and are mandatory for all types of wagers.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳20. The maximum bet amount varies by event.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Pre-match bets can be placed up until the match kicks off.
• Odds in live betting change in real time, so review them carefully before confirming.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, one bets reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

In the event of a dispute over a result, one bets' decision will be final. However, members may raise an objection within 48 hours.

One bets supports all major mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. All terms and conditions related to payments are outlined below.

Deposit:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
• Deposits are usually instant, with a maximum processing time of 30 minutes.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳1,00,000
• Processing is typically completed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• At least one successful bet is required before you can make a withdrawal.

One bets bonuses and promotions are designed to make your betting experience more rewarding. They must be used in accordance with the terms below.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, once per person. 5x wagering requirement applies.
• Reload Bonus: Applicable once per week. Wagering requirement: 3x.
• Cashback: 15% of net losses paid out every Monday. No wagering requirements.
• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets must be wagered 1x before withdrawal.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One bets reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• It is not possible to have more than one active bonus on a single account at the same time.

One bets takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This section of our terms and conditions explains in detail how your information is collected and used.

• All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Bank or mobile payment details are never shared for any reason other than payment verification.
• Information may be shared with authorities when required by law.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time, though this does not apply to active accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the one bets platform. Any violation of these Terms & Conditions will result in permanent account closure.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or providing incorrect information.
• Arbitrage betting or bonus arbitrage.
• Attempting to access another person's account without authorization.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.

One bets reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in any of the following situations.

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• In cases of suspicious financial transactions.
• At the member's own request.
• Extended inactivity (more than 24 months).

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded, but bonus balances will be voided. If you have any objections, please contact support@onebets.app within 30 days.

One bets believes betting should be a form of entertainment only. Responsible gaming is a core part of our terms and conditions.

• Deposit Limit: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: You can self-exclude for anywhere from 7 days to permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a 24-hour break from betting.
• Time Limit: You can restrict your platform usage to set hours each day.

One bets reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. The following process will be followed when changes are made.

• Members will be notified by email or SMS before any significant changes take effect.
• The effective date of any change will always be clearly stated.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
• If you do not accept the updated terms, you will be given the option to close your account.
